Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said the Finance Bill would be passed in the parliament before 31st March. Jaitley made the announcement while addressing the financial advisors of various ministers. Jaitley said some important changes have been made in the government’s own financial management and the decision has been taken so that adequate sanctions can be made.
